Information We Collect
When you submit a form on this website (quote request, carrier setup, driver application, or contact form), we collect the information you provide — which may include your name, company, email address, phone number, and any freight or employment details you include. Driver applications may also include uploaded documents such as a CDL or resume. Every submission also records your IP address and browser user agent, which we use to prevent spam and abuse. If you opt in to SMS, that same information — plus the date and time of your consent, the page you gave it on, and the exact wording you agreed to — is kept as our record of your opt-in.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, process your quote request or carrier setup, or review your driver application. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS Consent & Phone Numbers
Mobile opt-in, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Service Providers
We use a small number of vendors to operate this website and respond to you: Vercel (hosting, file storage, and anonymous traffic analytics), Neon (form submission storage), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam prevention), Upstash (rate limiting), Google (Google Analytics 4), and RingCentral (business phone and SMS). These providers process data only to deliver their service to us, and none of them receive SMS opt-in data for marketing purposes.
Analytics
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated traffic data (page views, referrers, device type), and Google Analytics 4, which sets a first-party cookie holding a pseudonymous client identifier and processes your IP address. When a form is submitted successfully we send Google Analytics a lead event recording which form it was — never the contents of the form.
Document Uploads
Driver application documents (CDL, resume) are stored in a private cloud storage bucket that is not readable from the public internet. Our hiring staff reach them through an unguessable link that expires after seven days and can be revoked at any time.
Data Retention
We retain form submissions for 2 years for business purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at dispatch@freightnova.us or calling (347) 554-9836.
SMS Terms & Conditions
If you have consented to receive text messages from Freight Nova Logistics INC, you may receive freight and carrier messages (quote follow-ups, rate confirmations, pickup and delivery status, carrier setup confirmations, dispatch) or driver applicant messages (application status, interview and orientation scheduling, document requests, onboarding logistics). Message frequency varies and depends on your active inquiry, shipment, or application — these are conversational messages sent in response to your request.
