SMS Terms & Conditions

Freight Nova Logistics INC operates a conversational SMS program for people who contact us through this website. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Freight Nova Logistics INC related to the request you submitted. We send two distinct kinds of messages, described below. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text numbers obtained from lead lists, job boards, or any third-party source.

For shippers, freight brokers, and carriers who submit a quote request, contact form, or carrier setup request: freight quote follow-ups, rate confirmations, pickup and delivery status updates, appointment and detention coordination, carrier setup confirmations, and general dispatch communications.

Example: “Hi [Name], this is Freight Nova Logistics INCfollowing up on your freight quote request for [route]. Reply STOP to opt out.”

For CDL-A drivers who submit a driver application or text us about openings: application status updates, interview and orientation scheduling, document requests, and onboarding logistics. Consent is collected first-party on our own application form or by the applicant texting us directly.

Example: “Hi [Name], this is Freight Nova Logistics INCabout your CDL-A driver application. Are you available for a call today? Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency varies and depends on your active inquiry, shipment, or application. These are conversational messages sent in response to your request, so you will receive them only while that request is open.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Freight Nova Logistics INC by checking the SMS consent checkbox on any of our website forms:

The checkbox is unchecked by default and is never required — every form can be submitted without it, and consent is not a condition of purchase, service, or employment. If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, leave the checkbox unchecked. The disclosure shown beside the checkbox begins: “By checking this box, I consent to receive conversational(external) SMS from Freight Nova Logistics Inc/trucking related to your inquiry and general disapatch communications.”

CDL-A driver applicants may also opt in by texting APPLY to (347) 554-9836. Texting us is itself the opt-in for that channel, and the same opt-out and help instructions below apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. You may also text QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you send the message you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Opting out applies to the phone number from which you send the request.

You may also opt out by calling (347) 554-9836 or emailing dispatch@freightnova.us.

To rejoin, reply START to the number you opted out from, or sign up again on any form at freightnova.us, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To receive Freight Nova Logistics INC text messages, you must be a resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older.
